    Members from the 352d Special Operations Wing recently returned home after participating in a training exercise, Fluid Needle, near Rygge and Banak Air Station, Norway, from 24 - 28 August.

    Members from the MC-130J Commando II assigned to the 67th Special Operations Squadron, CV-22B Osprey assigned to the 7th Special Operation Squadron, and Special Tactics Airmen from the 321st Special Tactics Squadron, conducted an airborne operation April 9, 2020, over the North Sea to test and evaluate three core mission sets; global access, precision strike, and personnel recovery.

  • Special Tactics partners with conventional forces and allies in USAFE-led Operation Rapid Forge

    Over 400 Airmen, including two Special Tactics troops from different units, joined forces with partner nations for Operation Rapid Forge, from July 8 to July 26, across the European theater. Operation Rapid Forge is a United States Air Forces in Europe-led mission to enhance readiness and tests the ability to function at locations other than main air bases. The mission is intended to enhance interoperability with NATO allies to improve combined capabilities.
  • Military spouses connect during holiday season through POTFF mindful retreat

    The holiday season can sometimes be the most hectic time of the year for most people as they are usually busy shopping for the “perfect gift” for friends, family and co-workers. To help combat some of the holiday stressors, key members from 352nd Special Operations Wing Preservation of the Force and Family program arranged a spouses only retreat to York. This retreat doubled as an opportunity for spouses to pause and reflect on their purchases, as well as community building.
