Thomas Torkelson, 100th Air Refueling Wing commander, July 6, 2016, above Wales and the North Sea. This flight served as Holt’s final flight while stationed at RAF Mildenhall and showcased the strong bond between the two collocated units. Col Holt is going on to become Air Force Special Operations Command’s director of operations.
